“We need something that empowers young woman, oh and the boys have to think it’s cool too.” No problem. We sourced female archers to do a demonstration for Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, CA. Several were Olympic competitors. Attention to detail assured that we had extra event liability insurance… just in case.
Warner Bros/Gamestop For the Gamestop National Managers Conference in Las Vegas; WB Games wanted an Ellen Degeneres impersonator to host the launch of new WB games. We couldn't find one so we created one. We knew an actress who looked a little like Ellen, so we coached her and Voila! Ellen! The launch included the debut of "Batman: Arkham City", "Lord of the Rings: War in the North", "Happy Feet 2", and "Lollipop Chainsaw".
Childhelp is a national child abuse prevention foundation. For the “Drive the Dream” and “Les Trois Chefs” fundraising events, we brought in The Three Waiters. They delighted the guests giving surprise operatic concerts in San Diego, Knoxville, Scottsdale and Phoenix. We booked travel and accommodations for the singers and arranged for wardrobe to match the local wait staff in each venue.
City of Bellflower 50th Anniversary Gala We took a trip back in time for this 1950’s themed gala. We cast iconic celebrity impersonators from the fabulous fifties. Elvis, Marilyn, Lucy and Frank mixed and mingled with the guests and posed for photos. They each did a 15 minute performance during the evening and provided exceptional ambiance.
Sparks again, 2010 Our client needed a memorable way to deliver product to the delegates at the National Sales Conference. We were asked to create a costume based on a bee. We stuck our little honeys on roller skates for some whimsy and to invoke the image of a bumble bee car hop. Who better to deliver a buzz?
Blue Moon Beer To tie in with the Blue Moon's “Artfully Crafted” advertising campaign we were asked to find a beautiful and talented artist who would hand paint pilsner glasses for the attendees to take home as souvenirs. We found the perfect artist, beyond talented, she made each glass a unique work of art. Happy client, happy Bob & Patti.
At the 2007 product launch for Sparks at the Miller Brewing National Sales Conference in Las Vegas we were brought in to source unique branded entertainment. Sparks is targeted to young, edgy consumers and needed something interactive to draw sales reps to experience the brand. We brought in a Graffiti Artist to create large artworks to metal music while the audience watched. One of the works ended out hanging in Miller's corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
We booked Ballroom Dancers for an elegant High Rollers event at Pala Casino sourcing competition ballroom dancers from Southern California, designing and producing a program featuring the dancers in couples and group numbers just like “Dancing with the Stars” p.s. It helps that Patti is a choreographer at times like these.
Mermaids! Miocean foundation is dedicated to cleaning up the local shoreline in Orange County, CA and Blue42 is their annual event. We called the costume designer from the movie “Splash” and acquired two beautiful mermaid suits, then we cast two stunning models and headed to the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA. Our personal highlight had to be the staff transporting the mermaids in wheelchairs.
We cast Tarzan and Jane and sourced an adorable baby chimpanzee. Costumes were designed and built. The trio posed for photos with guests at a Tarzan themed High Roller event at Pala Casino in California.
